Registrar

The Registrar is responsible for the management and administration of Club memberships and serves as a key point of contact for new and existing members. The role ensures that registrations are processed accurately and efficiently and helps create a welcoming and positive experience for athletes and their families.

Working closely with other Committee Members, the Registrar supports membership growth and maintains accurate records in accordance with Club and Athletics NSW requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the registration process for new and returning members.

  • Maintain accurate membership records in accordance with Athletics NSW and Club requirements.

  • Coordinate registration activities and support registration events as required.

  • Monitor memberships and trial registrations throughout the season.

  • Provide regular membership statistics and updates to the Committee.

  • Respond to enquiries from prospective and existing members and their families.

  • Ensure relevant membership information is made available to authorised Committee Members as required.

  • Work collaboratively with the Treasurer and other Committee Members to support membership administration.

  • Provide a report for inclusion in the Club's Annual Report.

Membership and Member Experience

The Registrar plays an important role in supporting members by:

  • Welcoming and assisting new members and trial participants.

  • Coordinating the distribution of registration packs, numbers and other membership materials.

  • Supporting families through the registration process and providing information about Club and Athletics NSW programs.

  • Maintaining accurate records through the Club's registration systems.

  • Promoting a positive and inclusive experience for members and their families.

  • Supporting membership growth and retention initiatives.
